How long does a shipment take
From the moment we receive the order, the painting is made in 1-2 days and shipped by carrier in 24-48h. This usually takes a total of 2-4 working days. Shipments are made from Monday to Thursday.

You can pay for the order by credit or debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With PayPal, you can choose to pay in 3 installments.
Can the product be returned?
Returns are free (excluding personalized products, which cannot be returned). All standard products on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To return an item, you must fill out the contact form briefly explaining the reason for the return. When the product is received, it will be examined and the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Materials and installation
What material are maps made of
All maps are made of DM or MDF (wood conglomerate), in natural wood or with various tones using water-based dyes. The material thickness is 3mm for 2D maps and 3-6 mm for 3D maps.
Where maps are made
The maps are designed and manufactured in the province of Barcelona. And all materials used are recyclable and sustainable, purchased from local suppliers in the area
Is the map easy to install?
It's very easy and can take approximately 1 hour.
The maps come with instructions and templates, and all pieces come with double-sided adhesive tape on the back for easy placement.
My wall has gotelé. Can I put it up?
The adhesive tape that comes with the maps is 1 mm thick and is suitable for walls with small irregularities like gotelé (textured paint). If the wall has very thick or deep gotelé (more than 1 mm), it is advisable to apply small dots of mounting adhesive.
